Understanding employee workflows

To better understand the challenges employees face in their daily work, we spoke with team members from different departments including developers, designers, HR staff, and remote employees.

Our goal was to understand:

  • This is how they take attendance and keep track of their work each day.

  • How employees access internal information

  • How they manage the tasks and projects they are involved in.

  • How they coordinate work with teammates

  • How they connect and engage with company announcements and events.

Problem – Employee productivity & visibility gap

Employees often struggle with check-in/out, and logging timesheets to manage and track their daily work, making it difficult to maintain clear progress and accountability.

They find it hard to locate internal documents, understand project responsibilities, or receive timely guidance from HR.

Without a centralized system, both employees and organizations lack visibility into work progress, priorities, and time management.

Information gap

Employees often struggle to find internal documents, policies, or company guidelines when they need them. Information is scattered across emails, chats, and different tools, making it difficult to access quickly and consistently.
